Industrial Visit Mother Dairy

GL Bajaj Institute of Management organized an Industrial visit on 27 SEP 2018 to Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. located in Patparganj, Delhi for the students of BBA & BCA. The visit was organized with prior permission and guidance of Hon. Director Dr. Dileep Singh. All the visitors were welcomed by Ms. Neha (Resource person at Mother Dairy, Patparganj, New Delhi). Mother Dairy is known for its hygiene and good quality of milk and agro products. Students were given a brief knowledge of milk ingredients and various benefits of milk.

Then students were taken to see the Mother Dairy plant and they learned how the plant works every day, how the maintenance work is done if damages are found, how trucks help milk get distributed in the market etc. They were also explained about the working of the Mother Dairy through a presentation which was very informative and interesting. Students were also shown sample tests to check the purity of milk. All the visitors were also given refreshments in the form of flavored milk and ice creams. Overall it was a very good experience for the students.
