Ice-Breaker

G.L.Bajaj Institute Of Management, Greater Noida organized a departmentalactivity of “Ice-Breaker”On 23rd October2018, in college premises.Dr.Dileep Singh (Director, GLBIM) was the guest of the activity. Mr. Ankur Sharma , Mr. Pushpendra Singh, Ms.Gyaneshwari Soni were the judges for the event and Ms. Monika Bhati was the coordinator for the same. 8 groups (4 from BBA and 4 from BCA) participated in the activity & each group contains 6 members. Ms. Monika Bhati (activity coordinator) gave some tasks to the groups to complete within a given period of time and after completing every task 1 or 2 groups was eliminated.

At the end 2 groups remained.After this Dr. Dileep Singh (Director, GLBIM) delivered a speech, He appreciated all the participants and He told them about the importance of the activity i.e. Team Work. In continuation of his speech He said, students should learn the importance of honesty and discipline for life. He also appreciated the quality of the activity. At last, results were announced and Sonali Kumari & Team (Sonali,Ravi,Ashish,Babita,Harshit), BCA secured the WINNER position and Akshata & Team (Akshata,Mayank,Bhumika,Shivani,Vaibhav) secured the FIRST RUNNER UP POSITION.

The thunderous applause that each team received by the gathering was testimony to the fact that each one of them was a winner as all the tasks had conveyed a powerful message.
