POSTER MAKING COMPETITION

BBA/BCA at GL Bajaj institute of Management keeping up the approach to develop an all-round personality of the students organized the Poster making competition on the theme ‘Beti Bacchao, Beti Paddhao’ among the various clubs of the students on February 22, 2020. Instutite of Management club since its inception in the year August 2019 had been organizing various activities facilitating the growth and development of its member students. Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao is a government social scheme launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in order to address the gender imbalance and discrimination against girl child in the Indian society. This scheme is to aware people about the importance of girls in the society. G L Bajaj stands in support of the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister to increase awareness among common people to save the lives of girl child by completely removing the female foeticide. We the members of GLBIM family looks forward to contribute in this direction in all possible manner and hold firm belief that People should celebrate the birth of their girl child and educate them like their boy child. This scheme is to improve welfare of the girl child by creating awareness about gender discrimination in the society. Total 16 teams from various houses participated in the poster making competition. Varsha Chand and Riya Chakerverty from Fayol house was the winner of the event.
