World Earth Day 2022

The theme of World Earth Day 2022 is ‘Invest In our Planet' calling for businesses to shift towards sustainable practices.

On the Occasion of ‘World Earth Day on 22nd April 2022 GL Bajaj Institute of Management, Greater Noida celebrates Earth Day. Earth Day, also known as the International Mother Earth Day, is celebrated every year on April 22 to spread awareness about issues, including the rampant increase in pollution, global warming, and deforestation, which harm the environment and result in the destruction of the planet.

The theme of World Earth Day 2022 is ‘Invest In our Planet' calling for businesses to shift towards sustainable practices. This movement is expected to change the business climate, the political climate, and how to take action on the climate. “Now is the time for the unstoppable courage to preserve and protect our health, our families, and our livelihoods BBA & BCA students also took the pledge to protect and water regularly to nurture the plant in a big tree.

The immediate need for afforestation to reduce the greenhouse effect of excess CO2 in the environment was also discussed. The extensive event organized went a long way in introducing and orienting young minds to develop compassion for Mother Earth and thus make a difference.
