180-Hour Training Program

GL Bajaj Institute of Management, in collaboration with ICT Academy supported by Capgemini India, launched a 180-hour Customer Support Executive Training Program for the BBA Batch 2022–25. 
The program helped to build skills like real-world communication, problem-solving, and customer handling that today’s industries demand. Such programs empower students with the confidence and competence to flourish from day one in the corporate world.
Students of GLBIM participated in this interactive learning training with sheer enthusiasm and zeal.
