Industrial visit to the Mother Dairy

GL Bajaj Institute of Management (GLBIM) organised an enriching industrial visit to the Mother Dairy plant for BBA students.

The students were warmly welcomed by the Mother Dairy team, who presented the company’s legacy, mission, and its contribution to the dairy and food industry in India.

Students of GLBIM were then taken on a guided tour of the facility, where they observed various processes, including milk processing, packaging, distribution, and quality assurance.

The visit concluded with an interactive Q&A session, during which students gained valuable insights into supply chain logistics, FMCG operations, and customer trust-building strategies in the dairy sector.
