Case Study Workshop

GL Bajaj Institute of Management organised a Case Study Workshop based on the prestigious Stanford Graduate School of Business case, “You Get the Leadership You Inspire: Humor at Google with Eric Schmidt.”

The workshop featured Case Learning Facilitator Ms. Anushri Mishra, Founder – Anubodh Foundation & Researcher, who guided students through an engaging exploration of leadership, organisational culture, communication and workplace dynamics.

Using the Google case centred around Eric Schmidt, students analysed how humour can be used as a strategic communication tool and how leadership behaviour can influence organisational culture and employee engagement.

The experiential session encouraged students to think beyond textbooks, analyse real-world business situations, question assumptions and develop critical decision-making skills.

A powerful case-based learning experience that demonstrated that great leadership is not simply about authority—it is about the culture, connection and inspiration a leader creates.
